CytoChron

Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

By using CytoChron (Timur Khusyainov), you agree to these terms. CytoChron is early-stage software; these terms will evolve as the product does.

Acceptable use

Use CytoChron only for legitimate laboratory record-keeping and organization. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another account's data, or use CytoChron for any unlawful purpose.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One CytoChron account is one private workspace: there is no team or shared-access model today.

Beta / early-stage software

CytoChron is provided at an early stage of development. Availability, features, and behavior may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable, without the guarantees a mature commercial product would offer.

Your research data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into CytoChron. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and scientific validity of anything you record. CytoChron is a record-keeping tool, not a source of scientific or experimental truth, and does not verify, validate, or interpret what you enter.

No clinical or diagnostic use

CytoChron is intended for research and laboratory organization only. It is not a validated clinical or diagnostic system, is not intended to diagnose any condition, and must not be used to make treatment decisions.

Intellectual property

The CytoChron software, design, and branding belong to Timur Khusyainov. You retain all rights to the content and data you enter.

No warranty; limitation of reliance

CytoChron is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We work to keep your data safe and available, but you should not treat CytoChron as your sole record of critical experimental history.

Termination and deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time. See Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
